The name MUST be in French. If in any other words, it must be translated into French correctly. The name MUST contain 2 components:

2. The unique or distinctive component: this is the specific component, a word or group of words that clearly distinguishes one business from another. It should be unique or distinctive word.
  Example: Quincaillerie Saint-Jean. 'Quincaillerie ' is the generic component, 'Saint-Jean' is unique component.

what does owner mean?
A trade name/operating name/DBA can be registered under the ownership of an existing corporation or an individual. If you have a registered company and want to add an additional name for operational purpose, you may choose the option 'corporation'.
Why need to upload ID?
As per Alberta government requirement, a valid government issued photo ID (passport or Driving License) must be submitted.

What is business number?
Every business in Canada must have a business number from CRA. This is the identification of your corporation with Canada Revenue Agency.
What is GST/HST account?
It's the initial set up for a GST account with CRA. Customer's invoice or receipt must show the GST number. In applicable amount, unable to collect GST may cause to CRA penalty.
What is payroll account?
Payroll account applicable when you have any other employee rather than yourself. Please note, this is not payroll service, but the initial set up of payroll account with CRA.
Do I need PST account?
Unfortunately a PST account is needed to the provinces that collect PST, unless you are a PST exempted individual.
Do I need QST account?
For province of Quebec, QST account is also required to collect QST during sales and also required for annual taxation filing.
